About us

Jessica Kandalaft attended Eastern Michigan University, and received a dual bachelors degree in Psychology and Sociology. In 2019, she graduated again from Eastern Michigan University with a Masters in Social Work. During this time, Jessica has worked as a private therapist and a school social worker. In the summers, Jessica has been able to use her expertise in human behavior to work with businesses to help find solutions for their unique business challenges, hence Kandalaft Consulting was born!

Jessica has been able to help businesses with multiple city rezonings, connect with targeted audience demographics, and use client focused solutions to not only increase sales but also curate brand loyalty. Jessica has the expertise to elevate your business to help accomplish any goal.
Jessica has been a leader in the Arab American community and is an expert in connecting business with this target demographic. 2024 research shows that Arab Americans contributed $2.4 billion dollars to the local economy in Dearborn and Dearborn Heights, with monthly spending of about $200 million across key sectors including housing, automotive, healthcare, education, food, entertainment, and charitable donations. With this demographic expanding throughout Michigan, the financial contributions are expected to surpass the $2.4 billion dollar figure in the near future.

Also Jessica is deeply committed to community engagement and philanthropy. She believes in using her skills and platform to give back, and has contributed to a number of nonprofit organizations:

In recognition of her innovative approach and community impact, Jessica was named a finalist in the Tejara 2025 Business Incubator Program—selected from over 250 applicants.
